Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your credit card information on our servers. This information is used solely to process, deliver, and invoice your order, and to contact you if needed. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Order-related data (billing, shipping) is retained for 7 years, in accordance with legal and tax requirements applicable in Québec and Canada.
